To receive a refund or to cancel your camp, a written notice of cancellation is required 4 weeks before the start of your camp. A $50 administration fee will be charged. Lead time is required to adjust our staffing appropriately when cancellations are made.

If you are injured or ill, email as soon as possible. We may be able to offer a deferral to a camp within the next 12 months, or a refund with a medical note.

No Snow Guarantee: if XC Supercamps has to cancel a camp due to conditions or operational reasons, we offer a refund based on a the context. This will be done rarely, and only if we are not able to safely operate.
