To receive a refund or to cancel your camp, a written notice of cancellation is required 6 weeks before the start of your camp. A $50 administration fee will be charged. Lead time is required to adjust our staffing appropriately when cancellations are made.

If you are injured or ill, email XC Supercamps Manager Bryana van Leeuwen as soon as possible. We may be able to offer a deferral to a camp within the next 12 months, or a refund with a medical note. *If this is within 2 weeks of your camp, please phone Bryana.
