Cancellation Policy

Updated in light of COVID-19

Thank you for your patience as we focused on keeping our guests, our staff, and our partners safe during this dynamic time. It is our intention to be open this winter following the guidelines set out by the government, the provincial health authority, and health experts. We are looking forward to seeing our nordic community able to return to the healthy, active, outdoors lifestyle we love so much.

Refund Policy

Travel in these uncertain times has driven us to create a no-questions-asked refund policy for anyone wishing to cancel their camp with us in 2021-22.

Please provide us written notice of your cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to your scheduled camp to receive a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee. In other words, a refund (less $30 admin fee) is available if you cancel up to 6 week before the start date of your camp. For Camp 1, this means you must advise us of your cancellation by midnight (PST) October 11, 2021 to receive a refund.

Thank you for joining us in 2021-22.

  • If you test positive for COVID-19, you must advise XCSupercamps staff as soon as possible via email or phone. We will allow a deferral to a later camp within the next 12 months, or a full refund with a medical note. 

  • If you are unable to travel due to border closures or other circumstances directly related to COVID-19, please advise XCSupercamps staff as soon as possible. We will allow a deferral to a later camp within the next 12 months, or a refund less $30 admin fee.

  • If you are injured, please advise XCSupercamps staff as soon as possible with a doctor’s note. We allow a deferral to a later camp within 12 months, or a full refund less $30 admin fee.
