Weekend Bootcamp · 3 days · 5 sessions

Weekend Camp

Ideal for skiers who can't take a full week away but want a high-impact technique boost.

The Weekend Bootcamp starts Friday at 1:00 PM and runs through Sunday afternoon — five sessions of focused coaching across Friday PM, Saturday AM & PM, and Sunday AM & PM.

You'll ski in a small group of up to 6 skiers with your coach, working through 4 technique-focused sessions that include at least one Video Analysis session and one longer distance ski. Coaching is delivered on Sovereign Lake and SilverStar terrain — among the best early-season Nordic trails in North America.

We build the full experience beyond the on-snow sessions too — with after-lunch clinics covering waxing, hydration, nutrition, biomechanics, and more, plus yoga and stretching in the evenings. We're excited to be making some small changes to our offerings in 2026 to improve your SuperCamps experience!

Every skier leaves with a personal set of technique cue cards — a reference for the specific things you worked on, so the improvements stick long after camp ends.

Weekday Camp

The complete SuperCamps experience — for skiers ready to invest a full week in their development.

The Weekday Bootcamp runs Monday through Friday — AM and PM sessions Monday to Thursday, and a final AM session on Friday. Nine sessions total: seven dedicated technique sessions and two longer distance skis to explore the trails and put your new skills to work.

Small groups, expert coaches, video analysis across five immersive days — and we build the full experience beyond the snow too. After-lunch clinics cover waxing, hydration, nutrition, biomechanics, and more. Evenings alternate between yoga and stretching (Tue & Thu) and group socials (Mon, Wed & Fri) to keep you moving and connected. We're excited to be making some small changes to our offerings in 2026 to improve your SuperCamps experience!

How Groups Work

Skill-based groups

We work hard to get you in the right group. This year we are implementing a new platform to help us manage skier profiles and improve group placement. Once you arrive, you'll be placed into a group that matches your current skiing and your goals for the week — built around skill and objectives, not age or race results, and adjustable if needed.

Beginner

Balance & Glide

New to Nordic skiing or just getting started. You're building foundational movement patterns and learning what it feels like to actually glide on skis.

Novice

Timing & Efficiency

You've skied a season or two and have the basics down. Your timing feels inconsistent and you want to move more smoothly and efficiently.

Intermediate

Developing Power Techniques

You ski regularly and feel comfortable on most terrain. You're ready to develop more dynamic, powerful movement and build on a solid foundation.

Advanced

Refinement Across Terrain

You ski frequently with good technique. You're working on applying your skills across varied terrain and conditions with consistency.

Expert

Race-Craft & Personal Style

You train or compete at a high level. You're refining details, developing your personal movement style, and working on race-specific skills.

Specialty Camps

Specialty Camps

Alongside the Technique Bootcamp, we offer three specialty camps each season with a distinct focus or format.

Camp #1 — Weekday

SuperCamps Training Camp

For intermediate to advanced skiers who want to work hard and keep up. This is going to be your biggest fitness boost of the whole season.

The Training Camp is a weekday program built around volume — expect to ski 40–50 km per day. If you love being on the snow and want to push your fitness to a new level, this is your camp.

Coaching is woven into the skiing rather than delivered in long standing clinics — technique feedback happens on the move so you're always building distance while improving. There will still be video analysis, but expect it to be reviewed on the fly. At least one intensity session will be introduced later in the week as the group settles in.

Led by Coach Sheila Kealey.

  • ~40–50 km average per day
  • Rolling technique coaching
  • Video analysis reviewed on the fly (not standing-clinic style)
  • At least 1 intensity session

Local Specialty Weekend

A discounted weekend bootcamp for locals who want the full SuperCamps experience without the travel.

Same format as the flagship Technique Bootcamp — 5 sessions over the weekend, skill-based groups, Lunch & Learns, video analysis — at a discounted rate to make it easier for the local community to participate.

Note: trail passes are not included in the local rate. Participants are expected to have their own Sovereign Lake or SilverStar season pass.

Camp #3 — Weekday

Wild Women

A women's-only weekday camp that's as much about connection as it is about skiing.

Wild Women is a multi-level, women's-only weekday camp that puts technique development and community-building side by side. Expect real coaching, real improvement — and a whole lot of fun in the process.

The camp welcomes skiers of all levels in a supportive, encouraging environment. Whether you're here for the skiing, the camaraderie, or both — you'll leave having skied better and made friends you'll look forward to seeing next season.
